I learnt something during my working at the factory. I learnt that the welfare of your workers is Paramount. Our Indian bosses don't usually laugh or make joke with the workers but they do sometimes. What I learnt was the importance of "incentive" We had a day for celebration of that Company with whatever reason they set aside that day, all I know is workers look up to that day. What we do? We party, dine and whine. Above all, you get token for the celebration. Then when it is end of the year! They roll out another packages for the workers. Senior officers enjoy the most. In short; To have a successful business, you must consider your workers. Mere saying "well done" can do the magic some times. your workers will feel like doing their best when they consider who you're to them, although it may not be in all situation but it'll help in creator love. |

Both public and private sector (Nigerian local not multinational) don't know this! Nigerian govt don't know this! That is why we keep on hearing of human rights abuses over and over and over again |
