Dimensions, proposed budget?

The project is in Ibadan. Challenge area.
It's dimension is 22m X 18m.
There's no specific budget.
The company that started the project made it a skeletal one (frame structure).
We just started from laying the blocks.
We've used 7350 blocks so far.

We are still on it, more to come

Construction pended for now. Will resume next year
