About 15 refineries under construction in different parts of the country.

I think there's good reason to keep hope alive.

Maybe it's stereotype, maybe it's fashioned perception, but whatever it is, Dangote is more visionary than what most people think arbokis to be.


Even more visionary than some seeds of the 'educated' South.

I understand Dangote will sell refined products to Nigerians at internationally competitive prices.

So besides job (5k workers max), what exactly do Nigerians stand to benefit when this refinery becomes operational?

It tends to improve forex.
Lowering imports and exporting in large will improve foreign exchange

That he will sell at international price is just a speculation.
Aside creations of job opportunities, no more subsidy, we don't need to look for dollar to import fuel again. There will be constant supply of fuel

the indirect jobs to be created are numerous. the 5k workers u spoke of need to eat daily, the company will have multiple vendors supplying many goods nad services all creatign value. this is in addition to the Forex savings and earnins that others have spoken of.
