Nigeria Population is no where close to 200 million. I can give you a prove. Check the population of Mali, Chad and Niger, going by population distribution as taught in elementary Geography you will know the population distribution particularly in the North is false. North West alone has a population more than Niger Republic. There is no geographical explanation to this. North West population is also more than Chad. There is no way this can be true. I am not only picking on North West, this analysis also affects other part of Nigeria. In the South there is no country below I would have used that to compare as well. So it is not only a northern bogus population it is all over the country. 4 Likes |

Lets take lagos as a case study....lagos population is more than 30million......kano is close to 30million......kaduna is more than 15million......kwara state is close to 10million.....oyo state is more than 15 million....ogun , osun, ondo and ekiti are more than 40million..... Anambra,ebonyi, enugu, abia and imo are more than 30million.....the entire south south are close to 20million........ Abuja population is more than 10million...... The rest of the north is more than 150 million......due to the way dem dey born like rats and pigs...... |

chrisxxx:Economic opportunities in those countries cannot be compared with that of Nigeria. Farming is the predominant occupation in NW Nigeria and the farmers have the market for their produce unlike those in the other countries. So, favorable economic factor is to precursor birthrate especially for uneducated farmers. Secondly, remember birthrate and mortality rate might be different because of favorable indices in Nigeria. Take polio vaccine acceptability for example and availability of primary health care. One more thing is immigration. People move from those countries to Nigeria, especially to the NW, while the opposite not true. |
