What's strange in PDP losing in Lagos? it would have been a miracle to Gbadamasi himself if he had won. |

The issue is, is PDP in Lagos to start with? Anybody that takes Baba Bode George ranting serious is unserious himself, bunch of jokers. |

Olatomiwami:That is why someone said there is no PDP in Lagos what we have is a group of people being deceived by that baba and collecting stipends every elections year. |

golddare:Every election year, PDP in Lagos usually goes into party primaries divided into various groups. Once the primaries are concluded, they are now divided into 3 parties. The winners, the elders and the disgruntled losers. The losers work against the winners in the general elections and make them lose. The elders pretend to be neutral but sabotage the winners so that they can't usurp their control of the party. The primary winners now end up as state losers and they end up fighting themselves till the next election year where the cycle is repeated again. |

treasure2:Gbadamosi 's loss was as a result of voter's apathy. Its that simple. If after everything that happened before the election is anything to go by and people still result to boycotting your legitimate rights to effect leadership change, it is not Gbadamosi's loss but the people's loss. The refusal of people to come out and vote will only favour those who you don't want in position of authority cos presently, they are in power and can manipulate the system to favour them. Even if they don't manipulate anything, where there is no vote, you also telling them to continue since there is nobody they will be needing to handover to. People of Nigeria, not voting is a great disservice to yourselves. Ask yourselves, who does it favor cos one thing is sure, it doesn't support those that refuse to vote and it renders those that vote, inconsequential cos there is ample room to manipulate the numbers. Voting is a game of numbers and the less numbers that vote, the more more number that can be inputed fraudulently. Back to Gbadamosi, since people didn't vote, APC were able to fraudulently add numbers to the votes through mass thumb printing or using fake PVCs to vote, though through experience, the former seems to be the case. They just settle the electoral officers and security officers and before you know it, mass thumb printing has started. This is what have seen them done. So again, if lagosians, at large nigerians are truly tired of the troubles of the present government come 2023, then they should come out and vote cos not voting will only keep them in more pains and agony of fake change... My 2 cents |

Whiteshield:Firstly, dont be in a hurry to respond to comments and dont assume. I am aware of Lagos politics, am aware of all these things you mentioned and if you look at my comments again I used the word "if...." Am aware of what they did to Agbaje the first time and Agbaje decided to cash out on them the second time. You are right and I believed those elders like Bode George are the major problems. He will win when the tsunami that will erode the APC from governorship and may be presidency, if the PDP can get a good candidate for governorship by putting politics asides otherwise he can join them after all their is no difference between APC or PDP. |

haryorbarmie83:It is not a PDP thing - it is a Yoruba thing, He never planned to win just like Dosumu, Agbaje - they will collect billions and not use it, but sit back like the oafs they truly are - rent seekers |
