Moferere:You are very funny. Some 200 years ago, there's 90% certainty that some persons have been buried in the house where you live now. Think about this!! |

If the person didn't have any serious communicable disease or isn't buried near a water source it should be OK. This should be a case by case basis. |

If public cemetery are secured, and cost friendly, people will patronize it. I once visited Igbogbo cemetery, we were told permanent or temporary (temporary, I don't understand) very unkempt and full of weeds they still charge 120K |

With Omoonile brouhaha, that's what most residents used in securing their property from being sold behind their back or encroached. What LASG must do is to implement a policy or policies that protect the rights of land owners. Even when I don't have substantial claim or evidence, most public office holders with vested interests have abused the power of office holding by securing information from the lands registry and with unjust advantage to buy lands belonging to residents by way of misrepresentation that it's for government's use and they, the land owners without due diligence will yield to their mundane interest. Other cases, are land grabbing as substantiated by a land client of mine from a notable former political office holder in LASG. And sometimes I begin to feel is it the will of the people that's paramount or their vested interests? In conclusion, let LASG put a lasting solution to land grabbing and the excessiveness of Omoonile. This policy they are about is secondary. Meanwhile with just 3k, I will design a premium 3D logo and hyper realistic designs for your brands.

The same Lagos State that charges you Land Use charge wants to tell you what you can and can’t do on the land. We did tiles...so there is no water flowing to or near the graves. It’s the smartest decision, the best economical decision and for how long they worked and toiled for this country they don’t deserve to be far from their sweat. When public cemeteries run out of space they start burying on top of others nobody of good background and genuine appreciation for their loved ones would want that for their loved ones. Have rules and measure that people can follow especially the way it’s built in order to do it without harming the environment but don’t just say it is not allowed. For some it’s how their home remains a home and not some fictional idea of shared assets |

So that they can easily get body parts for their ritual, in fact it will boost the business of Remi T. because she is the one controlling all the cemetery in Los. |

This will be difficult in Edo because wherever the corpse is buried becomes the inheritance of the first son, and this is equally used in keeping tracks of some event in among the Benis |
