In a crowd of 50 northerners for instance, look at their eyeballs and u will notice that from the 50 northerners, at least 40 have eyeballs that u won't even want to look into because they don't look normal. Go through Lagos street and its adjoining streets in Benin city where u find them in large numbers. It is same everywhere with them not only in Kano.

this is the hypocrisy that keeps going on with some of u northerners. Instead of addressing the subject, u want to play the victim card. There are also a lot of hard drug users in other parts but they don't pretend about it, you will even hear some telling the govt to legalised hard drugs like weed.
