The Supreme Court cannot be bothered. The Supreme Court is not Sean Hannity's show, and it's not your drunk uncle on Facebook. This is how the seditious puppet show ends. Not with a bang, but a wherefore. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. (The vote to dismiss was 7-2, with Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas voting to proceed with the case, but expressing no opinion on its merits.) The Supreme Court cannot be bothered. The Supreme Court is not Sean Hannity's show, or your favorite drive-time radio program, or your favorite website, or your drunk uncle on Facebook. The Supreme Court doesn't care what you think you saw in Detroit, or that people gave you the hairy eyeball in Milwaukee, or said mean things to you in Pittsburgh, or drove a suspicious sandwich cart across the counting floor, or that you imagined the New Black Panthers filling out ballots by the truckload. All reasonable and rational minded persons knew that it was an ill-fated litigation that will be dismissed by the Supreme Court and the only one's that will be shocked and disappointed by this outcome are the delusional and gullible sympathizers that have been brainwashed and scammed into believing that the deliberately created fantasies orchestrated by the GOP scammers for their own cashing out pleasures at the expense of their delusional faithfuls will throw out 20 million votes from the 6 swing states that sent Donald Trump packing from the WH. Sadly, they still delusionally believe that there is still a pathway to victory even after losing 56 cases with 2 of the most recent loses coming from the Supreme Court where they delusional thought will subvert the will of the people simple because the Supreme court has 6 conservative Judges of which Trump appointed 3 of those judge's and not a single one of them sided with him on this matter as championed by the AG of Texas which they hoped would be a favor especially from the 3 judge's Trump appointed. Now they are trying to incite violence and insurrection since Donald Trump failed both in the ballots and in the court's. |
