You want the accused to do the verification ? anyway all the best, just make sure you have legal services else you could be sued for slander if you put anything without proof.

This is a very poor business mode. Rather, the accuser should be the one providing proof and not the other way round.

The user here is the one/accuser who uploaded the fraud detail not the accused or the suspect
