Liverpool are the champions of England, yet they were trashed 8-2 by Aston villa. Losing is part of football, no team is indomitable. That said, Chelsea is a really good team, they just lacked that cutting edge today with the absence of Pulisic and Ziyech. No creativity to break that rigid defence of Everton. So no, Chelsea hasn't taken football to the "next level of losing" . It's just one game.

A painful loss for Chelsea but looking at it tactically I think there are things to be noted....tonight's match highlights how much Chelsea needs zyech in there team....a mistake occured and Chelsea had a mountain to climb ....this has occured more than twice this season and Chelsea has ended up tearing their opponent into shreds meanwhile each of this matches zyech was on the pitch even pulisic wasn't in some ...tonight Chelsea couldn't ask everyone much question in attack cos their best two attackers are out injured..that sums up how much Chelsea needs to find a solution ....the team has some dead woods doing noting that could be shipped out for a new attacker to come in....Chelsea is a dynamic team but tonight shows their play solely requires two wingers to stretch the game if nt it will look so blunt....some pple said in the thread Chelsea had to strikers and should score ...forgetting at a point everyone were playing with 10mem behind the ball and 6 tall men in the box ....it's my has easy as we see football sometimes...at a point there even locked down James ....chelseas game was crying for someone to drop into spaces and cos trouble with passes and movement...that kind of player is zyech but if he keeps getting injured weekly am sorry Chelsea won't contend for a title
