I have been trying to up my game in frontend development recently. But there is a design that I have been seeing but can't quite get my head around.

I am talking about some websites where by the web page element slide in or fade in, when you scroll down to the position of the element.

I don't know if anyone of you can help me on how the concept work. I will be very happy if you do

use animate.css. you can read the docs or watch a youtube tutorial.

To do this that, u need to know via js/jquery if the user have scrolled to that position, then using ajax, u load the necessary content u want to

u can use CSS transform/transition to achieve that

u will only need JavaScript "scroll" event to trigger it
