Getting my items in the morning... it can be frustrating but I wouldn't blame the delay in this particular shipment on metrobox, to be fair. It isn't the first time I'm dealing with them so I think this is just an irregularity.

I'll drop an update when I get my stuff sha.

I had a terrible experience with Metrobox.

I paid for an item on the 18th of October, which I didn't receive until the 18th of December where I was forced to request for a refund which he oblidged to.

Within the two months of fruitless waiting, I was getting one excuse upon another from Metrobox. It was so bad that he would lie in order to pacify me. I just gave him the benefit of doubt and remained patient with him.

Honestly speaking, if it were some other person, they would have thought that they had been scammed by metrobox due to their poor customer relationship. Mind you, I'm not talking down on them, rather I'm just objectively sharing my terrible experience with them.

Metrobox promised I would receive my item within 7-10 working days, but I had to wait until the 60th before I asked for a refund . I wasn't even given a proper explanation as to what happened to item I paid for.

Using them again would be out of question because I was totally disappointed and dissatisfied with their "service".
