Good morning nairalanders . I need serious advice pertaining to the choice of property to get in Lagos. I already bought lands in places like Ogombo and shimawa respectively but was thinking of saving up to get already built building in an estate. So the question is should I go on to build my house from the scratch myself or go on to buy from estate developers. Serious responses needed pls . |

Rawgold300:Warning. Do not buy estate land you cannot get allocation asap. Also, do not do pay small small. I used to do this and non was successful. Even from the well known real estate firm in Nigeria. They will use Phase 1 to scam you for phase 2. |
