Hello everyone, pls for those of you who have assistant bloggers working for you, how do you pay them. Do you pay them monthly, per post or per traffic count?

like they must write a nymber of articles per month. Between 8 amd 10 articles. And each article must have a minimum number of words, and must be original. If u need d services of a good writer, i can get you one.
