You just got scammed dude, you can't just monitor someone's calls by dailing a code you can only achieve that by having advanced knowledge in the field of computer science/engineering. If your purpose for trying this is to spy on a partner then my advice for u is to just end the relationship as what's the point in regularly having doubts about your partner when u could be single with peace of mind. Just imagine if it were so easy to monitor someone's calls (criminals, scammers etcetera) would have taken advantage of it for evil purposes and that medium of communication will no longer be secure. Plus spying on people's calls is a crime that is punishable if caught.
