Na lie.you cannot outsmart the supreme court.the case has 3 weeks left so if he appeals before this week or next,the court will give judgment within two days.if he delays till the final week,the court will reject it

But the High Court put the case on hold while his appeal was pending, at least he won that.

He can continue to play that game, appeal the Appeal Court decision to the Apex Court and hope to buy a week or two.

All these are Interlocutory Appeals, so he should look at a few other Interlocutory Orders and also Appeal them.

If APC contest the election 100 times, it will lose a 100 times. The use of court to hijack election process is not only criminal but anti democratic.

No,you are not getting it.his appeal at the appeal court just took one week for them to deal with it.if he goes to the supreme court,it will take less than that.if he goes this week,they will dispense with it next week.

This case started in July which means obaseki lawyer has already exhausted all delay tactics.if you listen to the high court judge,he is going to give judgment immediately.he can fix a date next week to hear the case and still fix another date next week to give ruling
