Some months ago I'd some issues with one of my Mac Laptops. Using Google, I discovered a mac repair store and engaged they guy. I ultimately decided to get rid of the mac but I'd a long, useful chat with the gentleman and received free advice.

Fast forward some months later, I needed to get new and original battery and charger for my mac so I reached out to him. His price was fair and less than Apple repair store at the mall. He promised to send an engineer to me as my work schedule would let me part with the laptop for long. The only caveat was I would have to pay upfront. I admit I was hesitant but then again he was helpful when I needed him at no benefit to him.

Ladies and gentlemen I made the transfer and now for over 24hrs his line has been switched off. I decided to check his website through which I found him months ago and its offline. I can't find any other footprint. He had sent a Simbiat Abiola, ikeja address when spoke originally.

I am ashamed to say I made a great mistake but I want to know if there are any options to retrieve my funds.

Please no insults, I know I was careless. I just want to sort this out.

I once had a similar experience. Turned out the guys fone was stolen. I called him 4 days later, he had retrirved his line. The dude explained everything to me and sent my package.

Just be patient a bit before concluding.

Do you have any thoughts as to why he has remained unreachable knowing he had a customer waiting the entire day yesterday?
His WhatsApp delivers just fine suggesting he is on airplane mode.

I figured. Considering putting up his full account details so should anyone decide to transact with him in the future, they can at least be wary because his bank name currently gives no hit on Google
