I think the main thing is that Liverpool is not a profligate sugar daddy club that squanders money anyhow. We do not sign players for glamour like RM, Barca, Juve or PSG. Bayern is another disciplined and financially shrewd club like LFC.

We cannot pay 600k Pounds a week on a player or pay 150m pounds on a single transfer. We are not at all doing bad as we are. LFC is a place a young player with massive talent can become a great icon, winning big things quietly.
