Lagos state has been doing this for years

The Lagos State High Court should quickly embrace this system as many cases are presently being delayed due to the unforeseen incident at the court. Justice delayed is justice denied.

However, this software shouldn't cost a fortune as other software developers/writers should be invited and engaged to force down cost.
