The right to fire or not remains with the commander of that unit,there is a minimum acceptable rules of engagement and the weapon's with them is not for declaration, research about the rules of using weapon when you are deployed for an operation.

And for your information doctors don't write thesis because they deal on real facts and findings and not thesis. They deal on Viva which is a summation of your medical knowledge. Treating the human body needs facts and not thesis. Thesis is majorly a strong hypothesis bound strong arguments.

Another lesson for u is doctors don't write thesis to gain degrees, they write the MBBS exams which is Bachelor in Surgery and Bachelor in Medicine, at two degree in one.

Oga once again thesis can't be used for medical exams because thesis is only hypothesis. Okay I understand the word hypothesis is your issue. Hypothesis means guess work.
