One very important part of crowdfunding is the use of a trustee. I hope SEC regulates these folks from 2021. Good I did not lose from TheMap, the 2/3 for early CRMi covered the gaps in other areas. I am also taking action to recoup some money from the company so I am hopeful. 2021 is another year and we move again, full scale, with deeper due diligence. Please note that 'they are paying regularly' is not proof that something will not go wrong. Visiting offices or farms and interacting with employees is not proof that something will not go wrong. Low or high return is not proof that something will not go wrong. 'I am investing early' is not a strategy. We need to analyse every case and be sure there are no red flags. Our strategy must be matured and process/system based. Near zero emotion. Portfolio diversification is key. Putting money in different buckets with different risk levels puts you in a good shape in case any of them runs down.

Season's greetings, keep safe during the celebrations and have a restful holidays as we move into a new year.

Thank you for this.

This year

- My major investment was with Farm4me/Viable X. I started with them in January. The journey has been smooth.
- Joined Addy recently after tracking comments about them for 3 months+

My gameplan for next year:

- 50% of my capital in risevest real estate plan. I want to preserve more capital
- 15% with Addy. The monthly returns from Addy will be moved to risevest.
- 35% diversified in Agrictechs: ViableX, peacefulpeaceimportexport, agropartnership. Move my returns to risevest.

My key approach will be never to reinvest returns from HYIP back into HYIP. I hope I stay disciplined with this

Bcpump:
My investment experience this year 2020:
60% capital - low risk
piggy.vest. used to give 10% p.a but now gives 8%p.a. low risk but at least capital is safe.

20% capital- mid risk -
i diversified into about 6 agri techs. lowest 100k, highest 1m. averagely 500k. My experience
Farmcenta- so far so good. payment to be next year
Kenfarms - been my sweetest experience. 2/3 payments gotten. last one due this month
Farmbuddy- they did not pay upon maturity. Still waiting
Agropartnerships - so far so good. payment next year
Agrorite- so far so good. payment next year
Agrilet - so far so good. payment next year

20% capital - high risks -
riseinvest - so far so good. I see my returns on my dashboard and it is doing very good.
the map crmi- i put 1.4 in this very very risky thing. I was lucky to get 2 payments which covered capital. 20% interest made. this was the riskiest thing I did. I will never try it again
MBAF- I joined online in July with minimum 360k so wasn't affected by the no November payments. I have gotten 4/6 payments so far.

Things I'm looking forward to next year-
probably do more of rise invest and other mutual stocks.
steer clear very crazy investments such as themap.
reduce agritech exposure. most of them are now defaulting
switch from mbaF to addyF. same 360k. fx is so risky to stake a lot

Once i collect my money from Addyfx, Farm4me and Farmkonnect next year, i am out of anything forex or Agritech. Will be focusing more on Piggyvest, Risevest and then trading US stocks myself. All these one man business is not for me.

Risevest are profe.ssional asset mana.gers that help people in.vest in 3 foreign assets.
1) EURO.BOND: 10-12% p.a.ROI(Return Of Investment) of guaran.teed low risk.

2) US REAL ESTA.TE: 13-15% p.a. ROI, of medium risk (not capped). Last year recorded 17%.

3) US STO.CKS: 12-14% p.a. ROI of high risk (not capped). Last year record.ed 27% . Made up of 20+ high growth sto.cks. You don't need a dom account for it. You can fund in naira which becomes dollars on the app,

You can invest for 3, 6 or 12mon.ths and rollover to com.pound your interest.

The ROI above is per annum but because of the value of dollars and Naira devaluation (high dollar to naira rate that keeps increasing) it's worth more than the figures stated.

For the Euro.bond and RE you can invest for 3mon.ths, 6 or 12mon.ths and you can add money any time you want. For sto.cks you can invest as long as you want and with.draw any time.

You can in.vest with as low as $10 and top up your inves.tments at any time.

There is also a tele.gram gro.up where impor.tant finan.cial inf GVCor.mation & educ.ation are shared. The admins also respond to enquiries or complaints fast there too.

If anyone want to in.vest with Rise.vest kindly use my refer.ral co.de MISF3KC8
Thank you smiley
