I have taken quite a few trips around the USA whenever I can. Here are pictures and experiences from my trip to the Kennedy Space Center. I was moved by the accomplishments of America in Space. Maybe Nigeria will get there to. The Center is the headquarters of America's launch to space-where most of the rockets launched into space from the 1960s including the mission to the Moon. It has a massive museum and educational center where people can go and learn. 1 Like |

The Space Shuttle Atlantis served the United States for 26 years from 1985 and was retired in 2011. Its now exhibit at the Center and people can vist and see how it worked. 1 Like

Toilet of the International Space Station which is still in space. The urine and waste water is recycled and drunk as water by the astronauts who live there. 2 Likes

It was getting dark and ready to rain when I was leaving. It rains a lot in Florida. the weather is just like Southern Nigeria. 1 Like
