Surgery dear.Do a Myomectomy to remove the fibroids at a very good hospital and make sure your tubes are open.While at it,your hubby should also do SFA to ensure all is well at his side too.

After all this you can start trying 6 weeks to 3 months after the surgery.

Anyway, I forgot to add that I always give my online clients a special privilege which I called " option B" it simply implies that you won't pay a dime until you certify your treatment.
