Playing video games, watching movies, reading, watching football, hanging out with friends, even nairaland etc I find nothing much interesting anymore.
I just sit home and chill with my family and watch YouTube and sleep. I hated sleeping at noon before but now I sleep out of boredom.
I still have ton of books, physical copies and in my kindle and lots of movie collections idling away.

watching football... hanging out with friends.. virtually everything ..sex inclusive....madam done dey vex..I can't tell what's wrong...the only thing that interest me is going to work..come back bathe...eat and sleep..same routine.. weekends..just stay indoors..eat sleep same routine..

lost interest in tramadol...back then in scl..I used 2 literally lock myself up in my apartment.. do T.m nd doze all day..but ds yr.. I took d very long nd painful journey back 2 recovery after 5 yrs of severe drug addiction nd 2day I'm drug free at last..u can also do it...stay away from drugs pls...

There was a period this year I lost interest in a lot of things. For like 2 months, I was in a perpetual sad state. Couldn't watch a movie past 20 minutes, couldn't read a book past the first 3 pages, got tired of my online classes, lost interest in a skill I was learning. At some point, nairaland got boring for me as well (energy to debate with redpillers left me. Lol). I would sneak off to Instagram to go and binge watch comedy skits. Spent lots of data/money in the process.

One night, I just broke down and cried. Was literally begging God to not let me sink. I didn't want to think/accept that it might be depression.

But in November, I decided to retry a few things I had put on hold and somehow, picked up on doing more things. I haven't exactly gotten back to how I was before but it's way better than it was in those bleak days.

We are in same shoes here, I use to be this kind of girl that could never go a day without reading and watching movies, but now I have zero interest in all those, though at times I force myself to read but no longer done out of passion.
