Your trolling men before could've been the subtle clues to tell you something is wrong somewhere.. and the fact that you resumed after your fully 'actualized' depressed state, means that you've not fully recovered yet.

It's only a matter of time before a trigger point sets you back into the same depression you think you've suppressed.
