Import Car From Cotonou by Nobody: 8:39am On Dec 21, 2020

The federal government recently opened border with Benin Republic.

With the open border, can I buy a car (2004 Toyota Camry} in cotonou and bring it into Nigeria legitimately without having issues with customs?
2. What is the cost of the car in cotonou, and cost of customs clearance?
