I am so sorry to say this. Though I am a Christian I believe traditional means is more potent to find solutions to this kind of problems. I remembered when we were terrorized by some unscrupulous elements that parades themselves as ayes, eyes n bucca. Terror using my village in Ekiti, no place was save anymore. What we did was
1. We identify the real indigenous cult members and segment them from migrants
2. Declare no movement from 9pm to 3 am
3. Carry sacrifice to their junctions
It lasted for 4 days. Come and see how some die and many got ill, they begged for their life. Before police, soldiers don try, do dialogue upon dialogue.
