This thought came to my mind over night. Are there 'mass' US, UK or Canadian citizens in Nigeria who have overstayed and become illegal migrants?

The western world is flooded with travellers who overstayed and later become illegal migrants.

Do we such people from Canada, US or UK who are currently illegal migrants here in Nigeria? I'm not referring to African migrants in Nigeria but citizens from those three countries.

Not really because those countries citizens value their reputation more than an average Naija citizen.
A lot of Naija can sell their conscience or sell their family properties to keep living in the UK or US .....I'm yet to see any UK that sold his property to Japa come to Nigeria.

Not really, here's the ironic part... even if one overstays his papers in Nigeria, its easy to get an extension (if you pay what it takes).
So there may be many illegals in Nigeria, but if push becomes shove they know what to do.

It is not easy to extend Nigeria visa.. .it takes more than $2000 to extend your stay in Nigeria for a year....since you are a Nigerian, you don't value it..

You can easily find someone that would do it for a few hundred dollars USD. You don't have much of these people who overstay. A typical white American or Canadian is there for business. No sane person from those 2 countries would overstay, and drastically reduce their quality of life.
