that's why i run from Amoled Screens since my S8 plus screen broke
small thing dey will call price

the main reason Amoled Screens are highly costly is because it's only samsung that is producing Those Amoled Screens
if to say some companies dey produce the parts e for dey cheap

just like many companies produces apple screens

and mistakes some people always do is thinking that all the Uk used phones are water resistant
not knowing that some have been repaired before

My brand new S10 plus suffered water damage after mistakenly falling into a 5 feet-deep pool on Sunday. After it was recovered from the water, it was working fine but suddenly started bootlooping. I had to turn it off and the front and back camaras were foggy. I put it in rice from Sunday evening to Monday morning. The cameras were still foggy and it stopped coming on.

I took it to Samsung's office at the mall in Surulere and the technician said the motherboard needs to be changed.

I got it for 280K from this same Samsung office in February. It's such a pity that Samsung's warranty doesn't cover water damage.

UPDATE: I am willing to sell the phone itself and all accessories for 150k (negotiable) to anyone who wants to dedicate the time and energy to making it work again.

But Oga.....you are supposed to know any fault regarding carelessness from users end doesn't cover warranty....!! sorry for your loss tho

why not try another repair center stand there with them make sure say nah shop dem go open am for ur present.
