Justice Okon Bang in all his judgements had always shown sympathy to APC cause. His judgement on Olisa Metuh was borne out of hatred for GEJ and all his loyalist. Thank God a higher court had proved him wrong.

If na poor man accused of stealing fowl..his appeal hearing will take 4yrs....no appeal judge will say high Court judge was baised...for 7 counts charge of receiving stolen found of #400m..atleast 2 should have fetch him 20yrs... justice Abang is even lenient......which kind justice system is this so no bigman thief will ever spent a year in prison.

This is how corrupt Nigerian courts and justices are.

It took 4 years to convict this crook, with him (like other crooks) engaging in delaying tactics and theatrics to delay the trial.

After the crook was convicted and sent to prison, his appeal took just 10 months. He did not engage in delay tactics and theatrics when he is not a free man and the judge took his bribe and let him out.

Mr Pointer, I don't know how u interpret things. I guess he waz once sentenced which waz later quashed by an higher court right? And dat doesn't connote anything 2 u. Guess after d decision of d lower court, he waz sent 2 prison and dat haz automatically made him a convict.
