I'm afraid I don't really understand what this app calculates, bro. Your phone shows that its SOT is 4hrs+, but the app shows wakelock of 11hrs+. Hopefully someone who's knowledgeable about it will comment and explain it to us.

best way to avoid unnecessary headache after update is to hard reset the phone if u can 'afford' it but if you can't, just soft reset by pressing the power button till the phone restart by itself.

Type this Code: *#7979#; Now your Nokia Mobile Cell Phone ... If any data is stored in the Phone Memory and you reset the mobile phone, all data will get lost.

ANOTHER METHOD: You can begin to hold power key and volume up simultaneously. Release all buttons when Recovery Mode pops UP.
---Now use Volume buttons to choose "wipe data/factory reset" and click the Power key once.
---In this mode select "Yes--delete all user data" by using Volume keys to scroll down and the Power button to confirm that.
---Finally choose "reboot system now" with the Power key.
---Wait until the NOKIA Welcome Panel logo pops up.

As to the question whether it will solve the problem, am not 100% sure. But there is no harm in trial

No, you only need to clear the userdata and cache of such app periodically
