Haven't you see some government officials that neglect their duties in provinces facing bashing from Putin?
No the African man does not care, you forget it is in the constitution.
If it was in the interest of the federal government to collect revenue from state government they will do so, recently the FG wants to collect the suppose revenue from state high Court as one of the revenue collection which is opposed by the state government according to the constitution.

Gratuity is the lump sum terminal benefits payable once after leaving the civil service.

Pension is the monthly stipends for upkeep of the retiree.

Is it not disappointing that their Governors can't pay pension untill ppl protest. Why shld workers beg for their entitlements?

No, gratuity is the lump sum they recieve after retirement, while pension is the monthly salary.

According to the report which is in agreement with the facts on ground. He pays them pension on a regular basis. But gratuity is being delayed or payed in batches leading to the arrears of 4 yrs.

Obiano should be able to find a way around this gratuity issue, kudos to him though for regular payment of pension. At least the retirees have monthly sustainance.
