I need help with recommendations on the best and affordable transportation means to convey food items from the South (Bayelsa, Warri, and Benin) to Lagos.

It costs atleast 40-60k to move a full bus of food stuffs from the SS to Lagos

All sellers there are the ones who will organise the transport, not from here. Otherwise you fall into a fake driver who could take the goods and not deliver
