Dear agents in the house,
though i have some properties in my care, But i can't fully claim because of some ongoing issues in the family. But i have planning on getting a half plot of land from either ikorodu, sango, ibafo, ibeju-lekki. Pls can i have idea of what it will cost to get from the locations above.

It depends on a lot of factors. For example I knew someone who had 2 plots at ikeja Lekki and was looking for urgent buyer because he was broke and the price wasn't muxh

At Ibafo you can get as much as 1m for half a plot or more and ofcause less depending the proximity to the Lagos Ibadan express road , but at Idera Ologun which is at Likosi a stone thrown after shimawa you can get half a plot for 600k without issues

You can get from ₦650k in Ibeju-Lekki or Ikorodu

It depends on your budget, I can get you a plot at ibeju lekki for 1.2m, while at obafemi owode at 550+ for a plot as well
