No. It is because most of the privileged Nigerians and foreigners who call Nigeria home are back at home.

I honestly doubt if the contribution from reopened schools and worship centres did as much as our relatives returning from overseas.

The first wave never left. Why is everyone in the government acting as if the first wave ended before the initial lockdown was lifted.
