We now get many reports of funds being wiped by fraudsters without receiving any OTP from the bank almost everyday. At least this has happened to two people that I really know. This is becoming worst, it's spreading like wildfire.
Is our money still secure in the bank?

Banks are not totally safe. The possibility of money saved in a bank being wiped out is very high in this present age.

The bankers are mostly culprits. They shift it and clear logs.

Every system in Nigeria is corrupt

Banks are now employing fraudter and yahoo boys as workers now.

most frauds in bank are done or aided by bank staff.
A POS operator once confess of copying people ATM number and sending it to his banker friend who wipe fund from customer acct.

banker too send customer details to their yahoo friends.
Bank are even blocking fraud from been investigated.

Yeah that is another problem, it can drop at anytime and making the value of your money depreciate. But in times of security it is the best. Another advantage is when it appreciates, like it hit 25k usd on the 25h, 26k on 26th and 27k on 27th that's an advantage to those who bought.

all this bad news we are hearing about this wiping of funds this days ehn...they should please sha not tamper with my 2k o I know it just 2k but it is still my money

I was forced to deactivate my ATM today and then collect another one after an attempt was made on my account by scammers.

I will never withdraw money through POS again.

That's the only solution that those banks proffer now, they wouldn't take any drastic measure to track those fraudsters.
Sincerely I don't feel safe keeping money in the banks again
