They're being asked to tender their certificates, how is that difficult to do? Even Buhari showed us the statement of his result from WAEC when you guys refused to "leave" him alone. Now, Obaseki and shaibu should be left alone. Hypocrite

Since a case of forgery has been established, the judiciary should do the needful, it is no longer the electorate now but the court of law


As a teacher i hate forgery with anger it is one of the reasons why Nigeria is like this

... And the only way to make democracy to thrive is to submit to the rule of law. Every electoral victory, where there are issues, should be subjected to legal scrutiny and if the court affirms such victory, it becomes double confirmation of the victory. Democracy cannot thrive by shying away and not contesting electoral frauds or is this man saying that Edo people should allow fraudsters, if the court says so, to govern them? This man no get sense.

The battle is not yet over until final ruling of supreme court over this case

Yes, PDP ask them the same question in court, their saving grace was that the case was filed late, is your question answered? Let them provide their certs

What is wrong in due process which is a function of rule of law? Isn't it better people go to court than to fight ? Obasaki is not the first to lose in court niether will he be the last ....they should stop the desperation to rule by force and allow due process if they 've nothing to hide

The problem isnt whether obaseki has genuine result or not, the problem is what he summited to inec to become a governor, even though he brings ui vc and nync chairman to testify, it wont help him. The question will remain did you summit fake and forged result or not?, Did the certificate you summited to inec has issue or not? thats the problem

pdp had requested that too but court said the case was filed out of time...there is a time frame within which u can challenge the outcome of an election.... let them present it and finish oshiomole patapata

bihari claim his certificate was with military,not until waec issue his certificate.. buhari never tender what he did not posses...obaseki was dully elect by edo people it's left for the court to decide if he Is qualify to contest the election or not...dont forget bayelsa o

On the contrary it is. Obaseki presented 2 different UI certificates to once at different times obviously one was forged. His affidavit to support his school certificate in 2016 was disowned by the judge who was purported to have signed it. His case is not if he graduated but that of forgery which is a criminal offense. Bay Elsa was even less criminal. He has to prove both originated from UI and obviously schools issue just one certificate
