Warri deserve a car manufacturing plant.

They have seaport that is lying fallow.

Many of the local business men in Warri are just interested in building filling station ( petrol station ) hotels and private secondary school.

They are not venturing into manufacturing just like the Igbos in the south east.

DELTA STATE POLITICAL LEADERS SHOULD ENCOURAGE MANUFACTURING OPPORTUNITY.

Good initiative.

I think one area Innoson or other companies should concentrate on is getting a franchise arrangement to produce quality spare parts for top foreign brands. It will reduce cost of parts, save Nigeria a lot of forex, and help us fight "tokumbo spare parts better pass new one" syndrome.
