Please how do I clear CONF19 error message showing on my MEMMCOL Prepaid Meter. The meter was newly assigned to my house. I have been to NEPA office but no head way. |

042gist:hello, were you able to solve the problem? I have similar problem with my memmcol prepaid metre too. I didn't recharge for over two months, when I bought units and try to recharge, it didn't work. always showing "Scanning" for long. I decided to use the reset code and end up with "Conf19" displaying on the monitor. any number I enter will return "reject". if you were able to solve yours please let me know. thanks. |

Input the following, 999-(metre no) and press enter OR 990-(metre no) and press enter It'll ask for a password Password - 12345 And you're good to go |
