The problem is the generalization.
It doesn't make sense to say blacks/whites are "COLLECTIVELY" smarter or dumber or stronger or weaker.
I don't even believe in the studies that say the citizens of this country are smarter or dumber than the citizens of that country.
Every country/race has SUCCESSFUL people.
Another issue is that some citizens are not as lucky as others.
