The point is, the clones are cheap everywhere. Calling them replicas or clones is being subtle. LG itself, refer to them as FAKES. There are reasons they are cheaper than the originals, it isn't because their manufacturers intend to make people use LG at all costs. They are stripped of quality in every area. Materials used in their productions are nowhere near the originals, so what edge do they have to compete with the originals?

I am glad you have sold them but saying there no cloned television sets is strange, laughable and surprising. Are there electronic gadgets less than N200k in today's world that aren't cloned? What China does mostly with other brands is called 'trade mark squatting'. Hisense, Bruhm, etc, are unique brands already. Just like LG, China low product manufacturers also churn out fakes/clones of Samsung TVs and distribute them for sale, marketing them under the original brand name. No one is saying they both cannot be in competition but I am taking you on based on your claim that fakes/replicas/cloned LG TV sets CAN COMPETE with the original product. Dstv Compact Plan is 7900.
That minus 18,600 is the cost of decoder and dish.
So when people are buyer a used decoder it shouldn't be more than that value.

Imagine an old decoder that uses smart card without dish for 10k.
