Following the directive Of the Hon. Minister of Communication and Digital Economy - Dr Isah Pantami and the Management of National Identity Management Commission that NIN registration centers should stop extorting Nigerians for the Registration of National Identification Number (NIN), have they started complying to the directive in your area? Please, share your experience.
