The fact that you don't know is why Tatsumaki remains the undisputed No 2. The power level difference doesn't mean anything. If person wey carry 1st for class get 100% and person wey get 2nd score 23%, you can't take away their 2nd position because of the gap.

Saitama, for all his fears, still remains relatively unknown and unrecognized.

It was literally stated that she can defeat elder centipede. It was said that only blast, tatsumaki, king(I.e saitama), and metal Knight are capable of defeating elder centipede. How did you miss that part?

That's the reason she's so arrogant. She's worth her hype to me.

The fact that proud flashy slash is kinda scared of her says it all (she's able to put up a finght against high speed) and makes me think if saitama didn't have indestructibility she'd give him a little bit of a hard time (of course before she eventually looses)

Lol I don't get what this girl did to you o. Saying she hasn't gotten any character development isn't a valid point of attack against her character imo. Does she really need serious character development right now? Is it crucial to the story? The fact is, the story right now is too short to have developed all characters. And at least we got a look into her past.

I would also love to see your top 10 list. Since currently there are only two people in the hero association who can take her on.
