johnmartus:Contest against him in 2023 if you're that bitter. Pls learn to manage your hatred and frustration. You don't have to be insulting, it's unfair. To you he's useless but I see him to be useful bcoz he's done some roads that I never expected. |

naturalman:Amosun didn't want the airport located outside his clan hence the need to rush and do something just few months to his tenure just to frustrate siteing airport at the proposed site in Iperu. |

BastardWike:This is why you Igbos are so disliked and despised worldwide. This is a topic that should not concern you. Yet, before Yoruba and Ogun State stakeholders can comment, you are first to produce a negative put-down of an initiative every reasonable person should support because it makes sense vis a vis the current covid-19 pandemic threat against agricultural output and food security. Only God can heal the hateful hearts of you Igbos. |

jneutron4000:The fact he is first to comment is proof of what a lot of Yorubas now say. I.e hateful IPOBians do nothing with their time other than lurk around looking for any SW/Yoruba news to comment on negatively or attack. |

@Topic. This is commendable and I am especially happy Yorubas are now evolving as an "eyes on the prize" ethnic group who are increasingly looking beyond political party divisions to back what is best for the SW and her people. We saw this with Amotekun and also Fayose coming out to support Tinubu with the message " if they rubbish Tinubu they rubbish us Yorubas". Good to see Abiodun is running a government more focused on productivity and using everyone and every tool, whether PDP or APC, to achieve it. Not his fan but kudos to him on this expansive and inclusive approach. “We, as a government, believe in what Baba (Obasanjo) is doing and we will continue to advocate for this because we see ourselves as fast becoming the breadbasket of this nation. |

Grayoso:This has nothing to do with Federal government, it is strictly Yoruba business, Ogun business but see the ipigs from the east having headache on something that has no single business with them. They are so envious of others progress. They get involved in Yoruba business, you see them involved in SS region business, even the one in the North they jump into it, so how will they develop when they have preoccupied their time in others businesses thereby leaving their own region that is in the state of decay and their failed leaders are milking away their states allocation |

forgiveness:Remo of all places? Daniel tried it and failed. You leave state capital to site airport in your village. Ìjẹ̀bús and remos are saboteurs when in power. All you know is lavish spending. Stomach infrastructure is your style of governace. Daniel did same and dapo is doing same. Ladi adebutu is doing same. Kashamu did same. Any airport project coming to ogun state I to be situated in the state capital. Someone won't hold us ransom by taking an airport project to his villa. Impossible |

It got to be well policed. Trust me, Nigerian drug traffickers can use that as a way to ferry cocaine to Peru ! in South America. |

Onlinesmart:Very ignorant and emotional somebody. If the Remos and Ijebus think like you, Remoland and Ijebuland would have been more developed than anywhere in SW but no, Omoluabi first before anything. Awolowo could have developed Ikenne instead of Ikeja. He could have built Remo instead of Ilupeju or Ibadan, he could have built OAU and UI in Remo but peep like you who are self centered and prejudice only thing about one thing, Me, myself and I. |

jneutron4000:Unfortunately, Yorubas don't enter flight, that's why there is no viable airport in your region. Aregbesola also wasted billions in his phantom Oshogbo airport that is now used as a grazing field by fulani herdsmen. One would think that this governor should have learnt his lesson from that misadventure. Instead of wasting "billions" on this dead on arrival project, why not use that money to change your rusted roofs and mud houses ![]() |

jneutron4000:Look at this one, how can a White elephant project give us headache. The problem with you people from that part of Nigeria is that inferiority complex is making you all to see even a friendly advice as an attack. You can only build an airport where it will be used otherwise it would be a waste of money and time. This is a misplaced priority, that money could have been better used in providing jobs for afonja ghetto dwellers so they won't be seeing skull mining and baba ijebu as the only means of survival. |
