Braindee advertise that he has PayPal for sales yesterday morning and I messaged him for fund we agree he will send 500 USD to my PayPal and we engaged wese90 as escrow. Since yesterday he haven't send my money, after so much pressure he started telling me that he buys PayPal from all over the world and that he have sent bitcoin but it hasn't been confirmed on Blockchain. I told him I don't want that kind of fund and cos it's a third party transaction and I can't take that fund. He told me I don't have right to say that. I told him if the fund enters my account I will refund back to the account that sent the money and I'll collect my money back from escrow. He told me he will give me another account to refund to incase i need to refund. I told him that I can't send the money to any other account other than the account that sent the money. I don't want stolen fund or money from yahoo client. The only thing stopping me from collecting my money back is the nairaland MOD. Wese90 said he can't only send me my money if we both agree or nairaland MOD for business section review and approve. I need my 190k back. Up till now nothing entered my PayPal.

I’ll neeed the buyer consent to release fund to the seller when transaction is complete

Incase where the deal is not going through, I’ll ask the seller if I can refund the buyer

Am not trying to be partial but that’s my protocol

In this situation, seller said I should not release fund and buyer needs the fund

The issue is here already, that’s Y I need the moderator veto on this

Am trying as much as possible not to make any decision yet because it’s definitely a dispute already
