Hello my people.
I recently discovered that I snore, and it's because it was just brought to my attention. Surprisingly, all my life prior to this time, I never knew, and no one told me until my partner complained about it. And from the complaints, the snoring is quite loud.
I have been hinted that there are solutions to snoring, or at least ways to suppress it.
I would appreciate it if knowledgeable people advise me on the best possible solutions, as I feel that this snoring can adversely affect my relationship.

Most times sleeping position could cause it....
You need to reduce yr stress.
If you are fat try and lose some weight.

You can check Jumia; there's this item that's an anti snore that's sold on Jumia.
U can also randomly change your sleeping position. Snoring is less intense in certain positions.

Thanks bros. Did you actually mean BEFORE 6pm or you meant to say AFTER 6pm? Please kindly clarify this, because most people tend to say that it is AFTER 6pm that I should avoid heavy meals?
