Let me school you a little bit. Infinix hot 4 was released in the year 2016. Now, one cardinal and core aspect of a phone is the battery life. You don't expect a 4 or 5 years battery to be in good condition. Also, the specs obviously will be obsolete; OS, graphics, GPU, RAM management, and not to mention but few. Imagine Android 6.0 for 25k in 2021. Fear God nah.

Allow me counter your glaring observation, I changed most of the stuffs in it,when I wrote "long lasting battery",I wasn't exaggerating.
It lasts more than Umidigi A7 and other recent Phone's battery.
At times we look beyond what works to what's trending, really?
This is the second time I'll tell you I wrote "negotiable"
Which means lower prices are acceptable.

I think NL has Witches,the same week,few days after I left the thread, I don't even know if I tossed the Phone or something but the Screen developed fault's, lines on it, I was just like "Village people dey NL" their head have catch me.

If I can buy a 6 year old Phone,so HTC has high end products with some of their very old phones still costing over a 100k,for me,I'm about what work's,if that HTC has the specs I'm looking for in a Phone and I have the money,I'll sure get it,I'm mostly about what work's,not necessarily fanciful.
Obsolete specs,okay I think that can be a bit of a problem, but we all know you people are looking at production date and not necessarily its technical value.
