I work for a real estate agricultural investment company, UMéRA. We currently have a project where we have investors buy an acre of land or more for 900,000 naira, this land is exclusively for cashew farming. We cultivate cashew on the land, manage the land and the crops on it, sell your farm produce to the international market and pay you a yearly ROI (equivalent to dollars).

Cashew takes four years to grow and in the first three years we keep your pockets busy by paying a total of 45% on your actual investment. In the fourth year we harvest your farm produce and sell to the international market so your income is equivalent to Dollars.

We are mainly into cashew farming, but you know cashew won't bring seed till like the 4th year.
So pending time while we wait for the cashew nut, we will plant other things on the farmland so that you can at least make some percentage of the money every year till the 4th or 5th year.
