With all respect l, 10m isn't 10 walking steps and can never be. 1m is 100cm, which is about 3.3ft.
If requirements says 10m radius, that will be about the length of a medium sized room in Lagos.
Please, I am not interested in being involved in the house and radiation fracas, I am just explaining basic measurement misconceptions.

To some extent the guy is right. There’s a term used in surveying called “pace”. This is used in most cases where there’s no measuring tape at the particular spot and you need to have idea about the length/breath of a particular spot. It’s usually +1 or -1 meter difference when you measured with Tape. So to an extent he’s right

8,000 for that fan is a tad too high! I hope you know that this is a clearance sale thread.

I bought a brand new Ox fan with 18" blades today at Arena, Oshodi for 7,000.

Same fan sells on Jumia for about 8k.

5k for a used fan would be a fair price.

Thank you jare.I have said this severally. Many dont seem to understand what d term "clearance sales" mean.
