Medically, what is it called then as a herbal practitioner I can tell you if it can. I do however believe that as long as it does not require surgery, a lot can be treated herbally and I do so all the time

I just carefully read your symptoms again and this is classic hepatic cirrhosis otherwise called Liver cirrhosis and yes it can be hereditary if your family has a history of liver disease.

Also yes it can be eradicated.
